Services and Amenities – The Bridges at Mission
Our Assisted Living community was designed specifically with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia in mind. The floor plan includes four separate wings that offer a wide range of options and services for persons who need assistance in activities of daily living, in an environment that allows freedom of choice and safety.
We provide:
- Professional care team to customize a detailed plan to meet medical, physical, and social needs.
- Specially trained staff and specifically designed environment to accommodate different levels of Memory Care needs.
- 24/7 care staff
- Full-time Activity Director to create engaging live entertainment, off-site outings and group activities
- 3 nutritionally balanced meals a day, served family-style in our two dining rooms
- Snacks and beverages
- Daily housekeeping
- Professional and trained clinical staff available 24-hours a day
- A large activity room with a 70-in Computer Screen with over 4,000 programs, specifically for seniors and Memory Care activities
- Lovely gardens including an enclosed garden for Memory Care residents
- Scheduled transportation for medical and outing needs
- On-site beauty salon
- Transportation to Physician’s appointments once monthly
- Medication management
